- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a residential sales environment
- Strong ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in account management is highly desirable
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts and ability to analyze customer needs
- Previous experience in outside sales is preferred
