The Independent Contractor will be responsible for providing on-site hardware repair, managing help desk services, and handling equipment installations and disposal. This role involves supporting retail clients with point-of-sale services, warranty and non-warranty equipment service, and ensuring 24x7 coverage.

- Experience working with over 20 manufacturers and 200 products
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with on-site availability
- Related certifications or training in IT services are a plus
