Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist internal and external customers, address questions and concerns, and refer complex inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle correspondence, deliveries, and mail; sort and prepare outgoing documents for pickup; retrieve, deliver, and send faxes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain departmental databases, electronic and paper records, and files.
- Special Projects: Assist with projects such as Medical Equipment Loan Closet, Commodities, Farmer's Market Nutrition Program, and Medicare Part D open enrollment.
