Job Description:
As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in managing our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes. Your expertise in property management and construction will help us maintain our financial health and support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, data entry, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage property management accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and financial performance.
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Assist in year-end closings and tax preparation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk, preferably in property management and construction.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE, Prism, Service Channel).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
