Main Responsibilities:
- Execute a range of maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair needs to maintain production continuity.
- Work closely with other teams to install and set up new equipment, ensuring it meets production requirements.
- Manage maintenance supplies and monitor inventory levels to optimize resource allocation.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external contractors, ensuring adherence to our company standards.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager to prioritize maintenance tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Develop and implement custom solutions for plant equipment as needed.
- Analyze and resolve equipment-related issues efficiently.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and implement recommended practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Verify that all work orders are complete and accurately documented.
- Support facilities management planning and development to ensure optimal facility utilization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as TS-16949, ISO 14001, and AS9100.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
