Manufacturing Production Supervisor -2nd Shift

Primary Responsibilities :

Responsible to lead, Train and direct all production workers in all departments (wax, shell, burnout, casting, finishing, & shipping) on the 2nd shift in order to achieve daily / weekly production goals while providing a safe and well disciplined work environment.

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly departmental production, labor hours, and dollar goals
• Order materials to ensure smooth production flow
• Understand and implement AS9100 and NADCAP quality systems and procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain employee status records in PLEX ERP manufacturing software system
• Conduct regular employee reviews

Minimum Requirements :

• Previous management experience in metal casting manufacturing preferred
• 3 years of college education including management training preferred
• Good communication and people skills
• High energy, self-motivated and ability to organize and prioritize many items on a daily basis

Salary : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
