We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and maintaining organized office operations.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with basic proofreading, filing, and data entry tasks
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite and computerized systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus
- Experience with calendar management is preferred
