Responsibilities:
The Consultant will support Barrow Wise's Government project and perform the following duties:
- Review the current strategic plan and progress on goals
- Perform and assessment of the organization
- Assist with the design, conduct, and interpret results from the environmental scan
- Identify best practices to generate operational outcome-focused measures and metrics
- Create high perfoming team framework
- Identify priority objectives - define the aspirations for each Opportunity Area (5 C's)
- Create supporting strategies - describe the means to achieving these objectives
- Create metrics and describe the parameters used to evaluate and measure each objective
- Provide recommendations to leadership, program leads, and divisions and offices
- Perform interviews with senior leaders
- Analyze historical documents and data to generate and recommend outcome-focused performance measures
- Develop and present the final assessment report
- Work remotely
An ideal candidate has the following:
- U.S. Citizenship, must reside in Maryland, DC, or VA
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
