Responsibilities:
The Documentation Specialist will support Barrow Wise's State of Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) project and perform the following duties:
- Gather, analyze, and compose technical information.
- Conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology.
- Translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and nontechnical personnel.
- Use the standard help compiler to prepare all online documentation (for applications built to run in a Windows environment).
An ideal candidate has the following:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in technical writing and documentation experience about all aspects of IT.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in preparing technical documentation, including researching for applicable standards

Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
