Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator drives customer engagement to new levels by seeking out new ways to create innovative, custom, and one-of-a-kind experiences in positive and human-centered ways. The Marketing Coordinator will promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers through strategic use of social media, events, public relations, and daily onsite interactions. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the growth and cultivation of strategic client, vendor, and partner relationships through creative marketing strategies
- Brand management
- Owns specific initiatives, engagements, and projects for showroom, website, customer presentations, and marketing materials
- Provides strategies and executes creative vision to promote business growth, customer engagement, and drive lead generation and new business
- Partners with leadership, sales, and design teams on client engagements
- Manages third party relationships for design and sales
- Responsible for shaping engagement methodology by developing content and messaging (social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia)
- Evaluates success of marketing campaigns when completed
- Coordinates customer showroom experiences from inception to execution
- Participates in showroom updates and shaping the Barrows showroom story
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all visitors to the showroom
Completes additional duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop, Canva or Similar Software
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or Communications
