Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control production activities to achieve quality, operational, and financial objectives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations related to safety, food safety, and environmental protection
- Work closely with the QA department to implement and maintain the quality management system
- Lead and direct teams to drive process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among team members
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing management operations, preferably in the food industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, SAP Systems, and other manufacturing-related software
