About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Director to lead our manufacturing process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our products while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations related to safety, food safety, and environmental protection
- Work closely with the QA department to implement and maintain the quality management system
- Lead day-to-day operational activities to achieve quality, operational, and financial objectives
- Hire and develop people, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
- Support budget definition and execution, optimizing resources and prioritizing spending
- Identify and implement process improvements, lean manufacturing initiatives, and new technologies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar technical field
- 5 years' experience in food manufacturing management operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, leadership strengths, and teamwork capabilities
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite, SAP Systems, and other applications used in manufacturing
