This position is part of the team that manages the relationship for The Hershey Company, Region North America’s largest customer, ensuring world-class service. The key job responsibility is to coordinate the efforts of BC cross functional activities, including Commercial Excellence (Pricing), Procurement, and CSD (Customer Supply & Delivery, including Quality & Customer Innovation & Tech Services).

Essential Functions
- External
- Maintain existing and grow new cross-functional relationships with the Hershey organization
- Lead the planning activities, including both short and long term forecast along with incremental project development
- Drive Continuous Improvement process to drive profitability improvements for both organizations
- Oversee the price renewal process, managing both BC and HSY activities to ensure timelines are met to facilitate optimal service levels
- Participate in Steering Committee meetings with leadership teams from both, supporting content development
- Coordinate with R&D innovation teams to facilitate innovation sessions and project development
- Drive Joint Core Management Team monthly meeting, preparing key slides and ensuring all issues are addressed
- Manage reconciliation process, driving alignment for both companies on what is included and settled on a bi-annual basis
- Internal
- Facilitate communication amongst key functions working on Hershey account, including CSD stakeholders
- Analyze raw material needs for Hershey production and work directly with all production plants to ensure accurate ingredient volumes are ordered from Hershey
- Manage one commercial analyst, responsible for pricing, accounts receivable and accounts payables balances, and commodity reconciliation
- Problem solve, ad hoc projects and challenges as they arrive, working cross functionally with sourcing, supply chain and quality as needed

Education And Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of project management, supply chain, customer service, or account management experience
- Master’s degree is a plus but not a requirement
- Familiarity with working in a cross functional team environment with key stakeholders
- Project management skills; ability to manage timelines for customer projects
- Demonstrated quantitative skills; ability to quickly learn in a very fast paced business environment
- Ability to work independently and also as an effective contributor to organization goals
- Exercise professional conduct and sound judgment in all areas
