We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to join our team at Barry Callebaut Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and reduce waste. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the factory, including managing infrastructure and assets, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the operational activities of the factory to achieve quality, operational, and financial objectives.
