- Develops, communicates and monitors price recommendations and guardrails for deals and products by performing basic pricing analysis or leveraging and synthesizing advanced analytics of internal and external intelligence
- Market and competitor analysis: lead the process of information gathering to fully comprehend regional S&D and competitor’s pricing. Translate to tactics, pricing and game plan.
- Oversees implementation & execution of strategic plans for new products/customers including Long Term Partnership agreements.
- Contributes to and supports the annual budget cycle and mid-term planning processes
- Participates in account management discussions, customer reviews, and sales planning strategy
- Develops and manages effective and analytic reporting tools to support the BU and the organization’s needs
- Completes and supports regular and ad-hoc reporting for reports, graphs, charts and presentations
- Acts as proxy to VP of Cocoa North America when required
- Guarantee integrity of cost and premium database
- Recommends potential system enhancements to meet the changing needs to the business
- Advises commercial support team to ensure execution of daily tasks & goals
- Lead & Monitor Contracting & Pricing for Intercompany Cocoa Products needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Economics or related field required
- 7 years experience preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing (food) environment is highly desired
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, and complete projects with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to effectively work with, and influence, senior business and functional leaders
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to adapt to changing needs of the business, organizational demands and priorities
