POSITION TITLE : Operator 1, Machine Retail
REPORTING TO : Supervisor, Production
LOCATION : St. Albans

The Operator 1, Machine position is responsible for preparing and arranging materials and products in bulk and retail form for transfer to warehouse and distribution to customers.
SHIFT HOURS : Sunday - Thursday 11 : 00pm - 7 : 30am. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL : $2 / hr

- Observe all safety, sanitation, GMP and HACCP requirements
- Verify quality checks with metal detector, date code verification and case check weight verification
- Run equipment; Case Packer, Top Sealer, Palletizer
- Clean machines, floors and make sure Machine is organized
- Train with Level 2 Operators on Machine set up
