Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
Oversee the full billing cycle, including generating invoices, processing payments, and tracking accounts receivable.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate and timely collections of outstanding invoices.
Maintain financial records and work with accounting staff as needed.
Utilize financial and billing software to streamline processes.
Support administrative functions as needed to enhance overall office productivity.
Qualifications
Prior experience in office management and/or legal billing preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
