Role Overview

We are looking for talented Fitness Coaching Specialists to join our team of passionate instructors who deliver exceptional training experiences to our clients. As a specialist, you will have the freedom to set your own mark on the workout through creative design, music selection, and teaching style, while maintaining the distinct Barry's aesthetic and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class training sessions to clients, upholding the highest standards of instruction and safety.
• Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere throughout each workout, fostering a sense of community among participants.
• Design and implement workouts that cater to diverse client needs and preferences, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas, driving continuous improvement in our services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in group training or personal training, with relevant certifications and experience.
• The ability to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Enthusiasm for the Barry's brand and commitment to upholding its values and mission.
• The physical stamina to move and lift equipment and supplies weighing over 30 pounds.
