Barry’s is the Best Workout in the WorldTM®. Founded in West Hollywood in 1998, it’s the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience that provides an immersive, high-intensity, one-hour workout that’s as effective as it is fun. Our fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group in order to achieve real results and to prevent injuries. Our program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class.

About the role
The Manager of Talent Scheduling plays a pivotal role within the talent organization. This role will manage the day-to-day Instructor sub requests as well as scheduling changes and updates in Barry's Scheduling System, MarianaTek (MT).
What you'll do
Instructor Schedule Management
- Owns the instructor subbing process ensuring coverage in markets
- Work cross functionally with Director, Instructor Talent to ensure instructor Time & Attendance compliance
- Assists in finding in-market talent for Barry’s out-of-studio events
- Provide updated instructor metrics to DOIT on a regular cadence
- Monitor and analyze utilization of time slots and make recommendations to Director, Instructor Talent for schedule optimization
- Innovates and evolves processes associated with the business’s scheduling and subbing needs
- Provide ongoing feedback to developers to optimize current scheduling software, ISSA
- Owns updating Barry’s Scheduling System, MarianaTek (MT)
NSO Schedule Exploration
- Collaborate with Director, Instructor Talent to execute schedules in new markets
- Support Talent Leadership in scheduling “practice sessions” for potential new Instructor auditions

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in planning/scheduling
- Has a highly analytical and strategic way of thinking
- High attention to detail while maintaining organization
- Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced industry.
- Confident, fast learner, quick and creative thinker with strong industry knowledge
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Positive people-person with a passion for fitness and the Barry's brand
- Exceptional experience in using Excel
- Exceptional writing ability, both business and creative
- Comfort level working under tight deadlines with the ability to gather information and present recommendations
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and innovate avenues for growth
The pay range for this role is:
72,000 - 75,000 USD per year(New York)
