We have an immediate opening for a fixed-term Corporate Recruiter specializing in technical roles such as field service, engineering, and other similar roles related to our manufacturing businesses. In this role you will execute on recruiting strategies, building pipelines of talent for critical hiring needs. This individual will be responsible for sourcing passive and active candidates for current and future opportunities within the organization.

*This is a 6-month assignment with the opportunity to extend based on business needs and individual performance.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Provide sourcing efforts and full-cycle recruiting as needed for our Corporate and divisional roles throughout the Barry-Wehmiller family
- Partner with recruitment contacts and hiring leaders to accurately understand their hiring needs
- Create job postings that accurately describe the spirit of each role and support our cultural journey
- Creatively and effectively source, prescreen, and identify highly qualified candidates for a broad range of positions and job levels
- Communicate in an effective, timely manner with all applicants, recognizing the opportunity to touch lives regardless of a match with an open position
- Using your recruitment expertise, provide recommendations and best practices to hiring leaders
- Communicate regular weekly recruiting efforts with hiring leaders
- Build positive relationships built on trust with all stakeholders
- Provide recruiting administrative support to the business as needed with tasks like scheduling interviews, coordinating advertising campaigns, and preparing documentation
- Partner with the business in a confidential, professional, and timely manner
- Accurately maintain Workday (our recruitment software platform), ensuring that data is handled confidentially and with care
- Qualify applicants ensuring that selection decisions are made fairly and objectively
- Promote Barry-Wehmiller as an employer of choice by leading best-in-class interviews and coaching hiring leaders throughout the process
- Ensure that we consistently make the right recruitment decisions and continually strive to improve our processes and service delivery
- Understand, model, and communicate Barry-Wehmiller’s culture and lean journey
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience, with expertise in a variety of sourcing techniques and strategies to find top talent
