Job Description:
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Leader, CRM, Sales Process and Technology Enablement will empower and align global commercial and sales operations leaders across the organization with the knowledge, skills, tools and processes to accelerate sales velocity and productivity. This role works collaboratively across BWFS businesses to innovate, develop, and sustain core Sales Operations disciplines, with a collective goal to drive profitable growth and improve Sales ROI. Primary areas of focus include Pricing & Deal Management, Sales Planning & Performance Management through CRM and Technology, Sales Enablement and Commercial process improvement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage data analytics to provide insights on performance metrics and predictive trends, helping guide strategic decision – making across the organization
Develop and maintain Power BI reports by extracting and visualizing key data from the CRM to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
Serve as the CRM expert and owner, ensuring system compliance, data integrity and adoption across the sales organization.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance their success by providing effective selling tools and leveraging technology.
Champion, Coach and Train Team Members:
Global Sales data integrity, consistency, and availability to ensure Business needs for analyzing and executing actionable metrics are met
Data integrity, protocol and following processes with Global Sales Team.
CRM standard work as well as understanding how to perform necessary functions
Utilization of storage and communication capabilities of the New Machinery Sales site on (SharePoint), learning new features within Windows OS and Windows Office Suite and on proper use of other tools in the future or one-off situations on an ad hoc basis
CPQ support and execution as business needs are outlined.
Best practices / standard work once process improvement has been determined. Maintain and inspire communications going forward supporting change(s).
Leverage tools (Excel, SharePoint, CPQ, etc.) to support sales process improvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of related experience in business technology, sales, or marketing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, multi-task capable, and demonstrated ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Ability to successfully coordinate efforts across multiple organizations and teams including strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Desire and demonstrated ability to lead projects and strategy, and work within a team-oriented environment
Strong analytical and computer skills, sound organizational and planning skills, and a proven ability to problem-solve and make sound business decisions
Demonstrated ability to partner with colleagues and customers to deliver exceptional service and support for technology

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
High level of proficiency in CRM, CPQ and Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Excel, Word, SharePoint and Power BI
