What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ultrasound Tech - PRN position at Barstow Community Hospital?
Under the direction of the Radiologist, the Technologist will perform a variety of Ultrasound procedures. The technologist must demonstrate knowledge of both theoretical and practical applications of Ultrasound. The technologist must be able to work independently and produce a high quality study. The technologist must be able to communicate effectively with the radiologist and provide additional information pertinent to the study. This position is required to take call on a rotational base. They are also required to work weekends and holidays as needed. Other duties as assigned.
wage range: $33.98/hr - $47.96/hr - based on years of experience and certifications
Experience
Preferred- 1 YEAR PREFERRED
Education
Required- Technical/other training or better in Ultrasound
- High School or better
Licenses & Certifications
Required- C-ARC-BLS
- R-ARDMS Diag Card Songrph
- R-ARDMS Reg Vascular Tech
Salary : $34 - $48
