Deputy Operations Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Deputy Program Manager to assist in the coordination, management, and execution of operational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in planning, executing, and tracking operations programs to meet program milestones and goals on time and within budget.
- Coordinate various projects within the program, allocating resources appropriately and adhering to timelines.
- Regularly track progress, update stakeholders, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Identify risks and issues affecting the program and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are achieved and resolve conflicts or obstacles.
- Manage program resources, including personnel, technology, and budget.
- Liaise with key stakeholders for clear and consistent communication on program status, risks, and changes.
- Recommend opportunities for process improvements in the program management lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deputy Program Manager or in a similar role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of operational processes and ability to manage tasks within a large-scale program
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience identifying, assessing, and managing risks throughout the program lifecycle
- Security Clearance (Top Secret clearance required)
