A brief look at what you'll do :

As a leader at bartaco, you'll oversee shifts, ensuring that every guest experience is smooth, efficient, and memorable. Beyond daily operations, you'll also have the opportunity to specialize in different areas of the business :

• Guest Experience : Lead your team in all aspects of delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and cared for. You'll manage day-to-day service, lead staff training, and ensure every service experience is running like a well-oiled machine.
• Food Beverage Leadership : Work closely with the culinary and bar team to ensure our quality standards are met.
• People Leadership : Ensure the bartaco culture is upheld by hiring and training the best talent. You'll create schedules, motivate the team, and support them in their career development. From onboarding new hires to recognizing team achievements, you'll be the driving force behind a positive work environment.
