Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Assembly Manufacturing Engineer will include: Compensation (Range): 40-47.20/ hour: Salary: Job Posting: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Onsite in Horicon, WI 1st shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM Note: Role may require support or transition to off-shift. Overtime may be required based on business needs. Job Responsibilities: Spend approximately 50% of the day working on the shop floor. Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs, though this will be infrequent. Problem solving and trouble shooting skills are essential. Excellent communication skills for all levels of organization. The role involves direct line support for production employees and communicating project progress to management. Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling is highly preferred. May drive a JD Gator inside the factory after completing training. May drive a personal vehicle to other facilities for meetings as needed. Metatarsal shoes are required for the first day. Job Requirements Education Preferred: Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.) or 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer. Years of Experience Required: 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment. Recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered, but compensation will reflect experience level. Assembly backgrounds and processes are highly preferred. Additional Notes: Cross-border work is not permitted for this role. Top Three Must-Haves: Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
