Position: Hotel Bellman / Driver

Primary Objective
To provide seamless, friendly, and professional transportation services to hotel guests, making their arrival, stay, and departure more enjoyable and stress-free. As the first and last point of contact for many, your role sets the tone for the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Guest Transportation: Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport, cruise terminals, train stations, and local attractions.
- Flight Coordination: Monitor flight schedules to ensure timely service for airline crews.
- Crew Lounge Maintenance: Restock and maintain the crew lounge to meet the needs of airline personnel.
- Guest Escort Services: Assist incoming guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
- Room Inspections: Ensure assigned rooms are guest-ready, well-stocked, and in excellent condition.
- Room Orientation: Familiarize guests with room features, such as the TV, telephone, and in-room movie system.
- Hotel & Local Info: Share information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and entertainment options.
- Guest Messaging: Page guests in common areas and deliver messages as needed.
- Errands & Deliveries: Run errands and provide delivery services for guest requests.
- Van Maintenance: Keep the courtesy van clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition.
- Flag Handling: Raise, lower, and ensure proper handling of the American flag.
- Lobby Maintenance: Keep the lobby clean and welcoming, including maintaining trash, seating areas, and floors.
Other duties may be assigned to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class B license preferred).
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This is a physically demanding role that requires:
- Regular standing, walking, lifting, and carrying of items up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to navigate stairs while carrying heavy loads.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions while performing outdoor tasks.
- Adaptability to work in moderate to noisy environments.
