Concert Concessions

About the Role:

The Concert Concessions position at Humphreys Half Moon Inn is essential for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for concert-goers. This role involves managing the sale of food during the concerts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service while efficiently handling transactions and inventory. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with other team members to ensure that all concessions are well-stocked and presented attractively. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in event settings.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and dismantle concession stands before and after events.
• Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, ensuring proper cash management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area throughout the event.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

  While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell.  The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  The employee is exposed to outside weather conditions, and frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, sharp cutting tools, hot external surfaces of kitchen cooking equipment.   The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud
