What are the responsibilities and job description for the Doorman / Security position at Bartell Hotels, a CALP?
We are looking for a Lounge Doorman / Security
- A reliable, team oriented, fun friendly security host.
- Skilled in de-escalation.
- Calm and level headed.
- Must possess a valid Guard Card.
- All about creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities;
- Checks identification of guests to ensure that only those 21 years of age and older are in the bar.
- Monitors lounge for disturbances .
- Maintains a positive work environment while keeping guests and staff safe.
- Works closely with management in responding and handling emergencies while using correct safety procedures.
- Maintaining order in the establishment by monitoring the activities of customers and employees.
- Removing disruptive or intoxicated patrons from the premises.
