What are the responsibilities and job description for the Future Opening: Automotive Service Advisor position at Bartels Auto Clinic?
The Service Advisor position is responsible for meeting and greeting customers, dealing with customer requirements pertaining to repair and/or servicing of their vehicle issues. The Service Advisor is a key player in the facility for fostering positive customer relations through communication and follow-up to customers on repair status and charges for repairs and to promote service sales through communication of information to customers on maintenance and repair needs that are identified during the service and maintenance inspection.
The Service Advisor position reports directly to the General Manager.

- Basic understanding of vehicle systems
- Basic understanding of computer keyboard operations

- Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and valid driver’s license.
