Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter/Telemarketer to join our growing team.
We are looking for an upbeat person who enjoys challenges and likes talking on the phone. Telemarketing or phone work experience is preferred.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold and warm calling to promote our company, and to set up appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our company and the benefits of bartering.
- Communicate company benefits clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
- Identify potential clients wants and needs and address opportunities that Barter Network can provide .
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market reach.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our company.
- Set appointments for Sales Manager
Experience
- Previous experience in sales and/ or telemarketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with inside sales techniques and cold/warm calling strategies are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
