What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Director of Clinical Operations position at Bartholomew Health Care Group Inc.?
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple skilled healthcare facilities within the region
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize patient care and operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals
- The Regional Clinical Director of Operations will impact all aspects of nursing care for both the LTC and STR residents and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement for each facility. You will be present and assist facilitate annual complaint surveys. You will set standards for Daily Clinical Meeting and weekly At Risk Meeting. Ensure facilities follow regulatory requirements. Support current Directors of Nursing and mentor new Directors of Nursing. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines which pertain to nursing care facilities.
- Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Multi-site clinical oversight experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Certified for Dementia Care and Substance Use Disorders
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field;
- Proven experience in medical management and healthcare administration
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
