Kimwell is currently hiring an RN/LPN nursing Supervisor for 3p-11p shift. The primary purpose of the Nursing Supervisor position is to oversee the care of each resident in accordance with the standards of nursing practice and regulations. This position requires the Nursing Supervisor to supervise all staff on the shift.

- Maintain a quality assurance program for the nursing unit.
- Develop methods for coordination of nursing services to ensure the continuity of resident care.
- Attend meetings.
- Demonstarte positive customer servicce when performing all duries as the Unit Manager.
- Rotation of weekend and holiday on call schedule.
- This is a salried position and salary will be discussed upon interview.
- RN or LPN license required.
