Real Estate Transactional Lawyer

Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate retail lease agreements and related real estate documents.
- Handle legal aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution related to real estate transactions.
- 20-35 hours a week
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a transactional lawyer, with a focus in leasing and other real estate.
- Prefer at least some inhouse experience.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Membership of a state bar association
Salary : $120 - $130
