Bartlett Cocke General Contractors is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand storytelling and engagement across digital and traditional platforms. This role is primarily focused on creating and managing content that authentically reflects Bartlett Cocke’s impact, people, and projects throughout Texas. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with the Business Development team, this position leads social media management, content creation, graphic design support, website management, and corporate collateral maintenance. This position combines creative direction with strategic planning, ensuring our brand presence is impactful and aligned with Bartlett Cocke’s vision of “Building Better Lives.”
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management and Coordination
- Lead Bartlett Cocke’s social media strategy, creating content that resonates with target audiences, including clients, partners, employees, and the community.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing Specialists and third-party vendors on digital content, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment across platforms.
- Content Creation and Digital Execution
- Video Production and Editing : Produce, shoot, and edit video content that highlights our people, projects, and communities, using compelling visuals to tell our story.
- Photography and Image Editing : Capture high-quality images for use across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand and corporate style guide.
- Website Management : Maintain and update the company website, optimize user experience and SEO, and ensure content reflects recent projects, news, and our brand story.
- Graphic Design Support and Regional Coordination
- Provide graphic design support to regional teams, creating or coordinating materials for regional events, project-specific needs, and local initiatives as needed.
- Work closely with Regional BD Coordinators to support local content needs, event coordination, and collateral development specific to each region.
- Corporate Collateral and Brand Management
- Maintain and update corporate collateral, including one-pagers, trade show booths, jobsite kits, and corporate presentations, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials.
- Conduct biannual audits of corporate and regional collateral and branded merchandise to ensure brand integrity and appropriate use.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Track and report on key performance metrics for social media, internal communications, and brand engagement to gauge effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Director of Marketing, ensuring a cycle of continuous improvement in all communication efforts.
