Sales and Marketing Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and enhancing our market presence within the technology sales sector. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

• Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
• Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring effective outreach and relationship-building with potential clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management or marketing management, preferably in the remodeling / construction sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent leadership qualities with a track record of managing successful teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• A passion for customer service and building long-term client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
