Under general supervision, the Administrative Coordinator II is the scheduling resource for MS, CCU, MHU, RRC, OB, ED, OR and SDC and other units as assigned. Assists the Nursing Supervisor in filling schedule vacancies.
The Clinical Staffing Coordinator participates in other hospital committees and teams as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications For The Job
- Education: High School or equivalent.
- Experience: Three (3) years of clerical/administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting.
- Knowledge of medical coding and physical health diagnoses.
- Experience managing complex scheduling.
- All new employees are required to produce negative drug screen prior to start of employment. BRH does not test for marijuana.
