Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading and managing the Pharmacy services at Bartlett Regional Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management and supervision, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Direct and manage the pharmacy department
- Oversee personnel and services provided by the department
- Collaborate with other hospital departments and the medical staff
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage the pharmacy department's daily operations
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required. Minimum 5 years of current Pharmacist experience and 2 years of supervisory/management experience are also required. A current State of Alaska Pharmacist License is necessary for this position.
