Starting Salary: $52.01
Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.

Job Summary:
The Manager of Hospice & Home Health oversees and supervises all Hospice & Home Health services to patients and families in all settings. The manager is responsible for working with the Post Acute Care Administrator and Director of Hospice & Home Health for the implementation, delivery, coordination, and supervision of Hospice & Home Health services delivered by respective team members, consistent with Home Health policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications for the Job:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program. BSN preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in home health nursing
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Certification(s): Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire.
