This position is responsible for directing and supervising all administrative and clinical operations of the Pharmacy services provided at our hospital.
The Pharmacy Director oversees the pharmacy department, including personnel and services provided by the department. The Director works collaboratively with other hospital departments and the medical staff to ensure seamless operations.
**Job Requirements**
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong educational background, holding a graduation degree from a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
A minimum of five years of current Pharmacist experience is required, with two years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
Candidates must also hold a Current State of Alaska Pharmacist License.
