Our team is responsible for a wide range of job tasks here at the Arboretum's 350 acres:Mowing & turf care, spreading mulch/woodchips, herbicide & weeding, leaf cleanup, remediation of deer damage on plants, plant health care, tree and shrub pruning and removals, as well several other minor but important tasks.

Responsibilities
As a member of the Arboretum staff, you will play an important role in:
- Learning through on-the-job training to safely perform various job tasks as listed above
- Learning, understanding, and adhering to all safety rules and company safety policies
Qualifications
- A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
- Interest in working outdoors year-round performing manual labor in all weather conditions
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team
- Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, or horticulture experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license
