The Basics
Location : Coffeyville, KS
Compensation : Competitive salary based on experience
Days / Hours : The schedule for this job will mainly be day shift but you will work off hours and weekends as needed.
Equipment Used : Various milling equipment, mainly roll stands and sifters
Material Handled : Wheat and flour

What you'll be doing :
The Mill Superintendent is responsible for the overall flour milling process. Responsibilities include setting daily production priorities, ensuring products produced meet customer specifications and food safety requirements, supervising operations to maximize facility productivity, overseeing facility sanitation and cleanliness as well as ensuring Team Member safety.
