Line Cooks:
- Prepare and execute menu items with precision and consistency
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Work the dish washing station before and during service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the FOH and BOH team to ensure smooth service
- Prepare all mise en place for service
- Receive deliveries and double check invoices
- Set up station in a timely manner
- Maintain DOH Standards
- Work directly with Head chef and management to maintain standards
