What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dock Support position at Barton and Gray Mariners Club?
Barton and Gray Mariners Club is the Future of Yachting with a fleet of 50 Hinckley Yachts serving a private membership in harbors along the East Coast and Great Lakes. This full time seasonal position will work directly with the Barton & Gray Captain's team to support the day to day needs of the port including, vessel cleaning. This position will work with multiple departments within Barton & Gray to facilitate the port running smoothly and ensure a high quality member experience.
The Dock Support Team Member is responsible for :
- Assist captains with removing mooring covers
- Assist captains with turnover and cleaning of boats in between watches
- Prepare boats for scheduled outings
- Maintain cleanliness of the yachts : wash, polish chrome, clean teak floors, clean engine compartments, replace oil sorbs as needed
- Other duties as assigned
