- Process credit applications and analyze credit information to determine risk
- Monitor client receivables balances and ensure payments according to contractual terms
- Identify accounts requiring collection agency or legal action
- Maintain up-to-date customer account information
- Communicate with client contacts and operations staff to resolve issues
- Apply payments and process account adjustments
- Review cash receipts applications and perform follow-up activities
