Responsibilities:

• Oversight and management of Barton Associates' receivables collection process
• Process credit applications and analyze credit information to determine risk
• Monitor client receivables balances and ensure payments according to contractual terms
• Identify accounts requiring collection agency or legal action
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information
• Communicate with client contacts and operations staff to resolve issues
• Apply payments and process account adjustments
• Review cash receipts applications and perform follow-up activities
