Your day kicks off with a check-in with the IT and Talent Development teams to stay ahead of upcoming system updates, new software rollouts, or process changes that will impact employees. You review feedback from previous training sessions, identifying areas where users are struggling and strategizing how to enhance engagement.
By mid-morning, you’re facilitating a live training session with a new cohort of recruiters and account managers, walking them through essential CRM and ATS functionalities, ensuring they feel confident using the systems to track client interactions and candidate placements. After a lunch break, you dive into content creation. You’re developing an e-learning module on a newly implemented system update, leveraging video walkthroughs and quizzes to reinforce key learnings. You also draft an internal communication piece breaking down the update in layman’s terms so employees can easily grasp the changes.
In the afternoon, you conduct a 1:1 coaching session with a tenured employee who is struggling with a new software enhancement. You provide hands-on support and personalized tips to help them integrate the tool into their workflow.
