Full-Time Maintenance Technician
Westerly Apartments is looking for someone with experience to join our team in Lakewood, Ohio. We are an inclusive and diverse organization providing safe, clean, affordable housing for older adults in our community.
This position provides support to our maintenance team by assisting with monitoring systems, work order completion, maintaining the buildings and grounds, alternating weeks of on-call duty (if needed), and other duties as assigned. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude to help foster our culture of open, honest, transparent communication. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and possess the following basic skills: plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry. Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office 365 are a plus.
