Applicants must be certified Kansas Paramedic with a minimum of an associates degree. This position involves coordinating and facilitating labs, providing continuing and initial education, and supporting student success through tutoring and remediation. Candidates are highly encouraged to hold or obtain AHA BLS CPR Instructor certification and maintain a current, growing knowledge of EMS. The role may include travel to outreach locations such as Fort Riley, Topeka, and Grandview Plaza, Kansas. Applicants must have the ability to teach both content and skills, work effectively with a variety of students and instructors, and advocate for student success.
