Part time evening Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Utilize Google Suite and other office software for daily operations.
• Provide customer support by addressing client questions or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
• Familiarity with front desk operations or as a clerk in a customer service environment is advantageous.
• Experience as a personal assistant or dental receptionist is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy skills, particularly with Google Suite applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
