Job Summary :
Barton & Gray is seeking a Ship Shape Team Member to join our Ship Shape team in Greenwich, CT and NYC marinas for a Full-time Summer Seasonal position. The Ship Shape Team Member is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior appearance of our Hinckley and custom yachts.
Responsibilities :
Thoroughly clean interior with attention to detail, including cabinets and hard-to-reach areas.
Inspect and maintain on board inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
Check cushions and linens for cleanliness, replacing or reporting any that need attention.
Organize and store inventory effectively in designated areas.
Report any necessary repairs or maintenance needs to Department Manager
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Ship Shape Department Manager
Required Skills & Abilities :
Valid and unencumbered Driver's License
Reliable transportation is required
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50lbs.
Compatibility to stand for extended periods with minimal breaks
Comfortable working in confined spaces, including crouching, kneeling, or crawling as needed.
