Since 2006, Barton & Gray Mariners Club has been revolutionizing the yachting industry. As an exclusive yachting club, we provide private and memorable outings across 35 stunning harbors from New England to The Great Lakes, Mid Atlantic, South Florida, South Carolina, and the Bahamas. With our expanding footprint, we are looking for dedicated and experienced USCG licensed captains to join our team for the upcoming Summer 2025 season.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Club vessels, delivering exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences for members
- Communicate effectively with members, tailoring each trip to their preferences and ensuring a memorable outing
- Collaborate with on-site mechanical and harbor teams for seamless operations
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and appearance at all times
- Accurate and timely expense and post-trip reporting
Requirements:
- Valid USCG captain’s license, Master or OUPV
- Valid USCG Medical Certificate
- Marine Radio Operator Permit
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Strong experience on vessels of similar size
- An understanding of basic vessel maintenance & log keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - our members expect the best, and we deliver it.
